Heard the learned Counsel for the Applicant.

For the reasons assigned in the application and to advance the cause of substantive justice, the order dated 3 May 2024 dismissing WP(ST) No.18437 of 2023 for non-removal of office objections stands set aside and WP(ST) No.18437 of 2023 stands restored to file, subject to the Applicant/Petitioner removing the office objections, if any, within a period of three weeks from today.

In the event, the Applicant/Petitioner fails to remove the office objections within the stipulated period of three weeks, the said order shall stand recalled and the Petition stand dismissed without reference to the Court.

If the office objections are removed, the Petition be listed for Admission SSP 1/2
