Interim Application has been preferred seeking to serve the Respondent Nos. 4 to 11 by substituted service under Order-V Rule-20 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908.

Learned Counsel appearing for Appellant submits that though Court notice was issued, service upon Respondent Nos.4 to 11 could not be effected as the bailiff was unable to trace the said Respondents and has pasted notice on the entrance of building. She would submit that as the Respondent Nos.4 to 11 are not traceable, the Appellant may be permitted to serve them by way of substituted service by publication in Marathi newspaper "Lakshadweep" and English newspaper "Free Press Journal".
