This application is for restoration of the Second Appeal and recalling the conditional order passed by the learned Registrar (Judicial II) granting time to remove office objections. 2.

There is delay in filing the application. The reasons for the delay and reasons for not removing office objections within time is explained in paragraph 3 to 6 of the application. 3.

Learned counsel for the applicants submits that all the office objections shall be removed within two weeks from today. He further submits that when the conditional order was passed respondents were not represented in the Second Appeal.

I have perused the application. The reasons stated in the application are justifiable and acceptable. For the reasons stated in the application, delay is condoned and the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) and (b) subject to the learned Advocate for the appellants removing all office objections within eight weeks from today.

It is clarified that if the objections are not removed within the time granted, this application will stand dismissed without further reference to court.
