2) This interim application has been filed on 7/10/2024 seeking restoration of the civil revision application along with prayer to condone the delay of 223 days in filing the interim application. 3) Learned counsel appearing for the respondent - landlord has opposed this application by filing the affidavit-in-reply. It has been stated that the grounds stated in the interim application are not convincing as a law firm was representing the applicant and the

Therefore, this application deserves to be dismissed. 4) I have heard learned counsel for the parties and I have gone through the contents of the interim application. Suffice will be the purpose if the interim application is allowed, subject to payment of cost and main civil revision application be heard on merits. 5) Interim Application stands allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b), subject to the applicant paying a cost of Rs.1,00,000/- to the Armed Forces Battle Casualties Welfare Fund within a period of three weeks from today.
