Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

This Court by an order dated 18 October 2024 allowed the Interim Application No. 14016 of 2024 in term of prayer clause (b) subject to deposit of the entire decretal amount along with accrued interest in Reference Court within a period of eight weeks from the said date i.e., 18 October 2024. 4.

Mr. Patil undertakes that such amount is not deposited and would be positively done so within such period as undertaken to the Court on 18 October, 2024. As the amount is not deposited, until date, by way of last Mayur Adane, PA

19-IA-14016-2024 (C).DOC chance, the time to deposit the amount is extended for a period of four weeks from today. Until deposit of such amount no coercive steps be taken in pursuance of the impugned order.

It is needless to mention that if such amount is not deposited within a extended period of four weeks from today, then ad-interim protection granted shall stand automatically vacated without any further reference to this Court.
