This Interim Application has been filed to bring on record the legal heirs of the original Petitioner who passed on 29th March 2024 and for condonation of delay of 70 days in filing the present Interim Application. 2.

I have perused the Interim Application. In my view sufficient cause has been shown for bringing the legal heirs on record and for condonation of Kishor

In these circumstances Interim Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (b) and (c) which read as under : (b) That this Hon'ble Court be pleased to condone the delay of 70 days in filing the present Application for bringing on record the legal heirs of the original petitioner on such terms as his Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper;

(c) That this Hon'ble Court be pleased to grant liberty to substitute the name of the original petitioner from the cause title of the Writ Petition No.41 of 2022 with his legal heirs in terms of the Schedule being Exhibit "B" to the Present Application.

Amendment be carried out within a period of two weeks from today and a copy of the amended Petition be served on Respondents. 4.

Stand over to 20th December 2024.
