Even those orders are there, they can be considered when this first appeal is restored. This first appeal was refused as per order passed by learned Registrar (Judicial-II) on 08.07.2024. Learned Advocate Mr. Mehta assures to remove office objections within two weeks. 3.

In view of that the order dated 08.07.2024 is set aside. Delay, if any, is condoned, subject to removal of office objections within two weeks.

Accordingly, Interim Application No. 14047 of 2024 is disposed of.

There is execution filed by the Claimant-Respondent. On the basis of the instructions, he submitted that the Applicant will deposit the entire amount before the Tribunal within three weeks. Subject to that deposit, stay is granted to the execution of the impugned award dated 03.06.2019.

Accordingly, Interim Application (ST) No. 18625 of 2021 is disposed of.

First Appeal be kept on 15th October 2025.
