On 23rd October 2024 child was produced before this Court by the Respondent/Father. On interaction with the child in open Court, the Child was not willing to go to the Petitioner/Mother. He was repeatedly asked but he maintained his 'decline'. Therefore, at this juncture, it would not be appropriate to force the child to go to the Mother against his will and wish. 1/2
