Ms. Tejas Kapre, learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner states that the parties have settled the dispute and both, the Petitioner and the Respondent are staying together. She therefore, seeks withdrawal of the Writ Petition. Sonali

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is allowed to be withdrawn and disposed of as such.

In view of the disposal of the Writ Petition, nothing survives in the Interim Application and the same is also disposed of. 4.

Ms. Tejas Kapre, learned Counsel states that during the pendency of the Writ Petition, an amount of Rs.3,70,000/- has been deposited in the Court. The Office Note shows that an amount of Rs.3,67,000/- has been deposited by the Petitioner. 5.

As the Writ Petition is withdrawn, the Petitioner is permitted to withdraw whatever amount deposited by the Petitioner in the registry. Registry to pay the said amount to the Petitioner along with accrued interest, if any.
