The present application is taken out for restoration of the appeal, which was dismissed for non-filing of the paper book. There is delay in filing the present application. The delay has been explained in paragraph 5 of the application.

I have perused the application and being satisfied with the reasons and there being no serious objections, delay in filing the present application is condoned.

First Appeal No.707 of 2019 is restored.

Compilation of documents/paper book to be filed within eight weeks from today. If the paper book is not filed within the said time then the appeal will stand dismissed without recourse to the Court and no application for restoration will be entertained. 5.
Interim Application No.14088 of 2024 is allowed and, is accordingly disposed of.
