Taking into account the fact that the expression "sufficient cause" should receive liberal consideration so as to advance cause of justice, for the reasons assigned in the application, duly supported by an affidavit, sufficient cause for condonation of delay of 54 days in filing the commercial appeal is made out. 3.

Accordingly, the interim application is allowed and the delay in filing of the commercial appeal is condoned.
