This Interim Application is filed for restoration of the Writ Petition, which came to be dismissed for non-removal of office objections by an order dated 24 March, 2023 passed by Registrar (Judicial-I). 2.

We find that there is a delay in filing this Interim Application. Having perused the averments as made in the application, in our opinion, sufficient cause is made out for condonation of delay. The delay is accordingly condoned. The order dated 24 March, 2023 is set aside and Writ Petition is restored to the file of this Court. 3.
