Interim Application has been preferred seeking recall of the order dated 7th February 2024 disclosing that the petition has become infructuous.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the petitions which were claimed to have become infructuous were listed on the board with liberty to the petitioners to revive the petition in case something survives. He submits that the cause of action survives in the present case. However praecipe could not be given in time. 3.
