It is true that this Court directed the applicant to deposit entire awarded amount along with interest and stay is granted. For all these months he has not deposited the single amount. Now the claimant has filed application for issuance of arrest warrant. On this background, this application for modification is made. 3.

Admittedly, there was no insurance. The compensation awarded is Rs.8,65,228/- along with 9% interest. The prayer for modification will be considered after the respondent will be served
