Interim Application is filed for bringing legal heir of deceased Petitioner on record. Petitioner expired in the interregnum after admission of the Writ Petition in the year 2019. 5.
There is an abnormal delay which is evident on the face of record but legal heirs of Petitioner was not aware about the procedure

In view of the Petition having been admitted, abatement if any, is set aside.

Necessary amendment is permitted to be carried out within a period of one week from today. Reverification is dispensed with. 8.
For the reasons mentioned in the Interim Application, Interim Application stands allowed.

Copy of amended cause title be served on Respondent by Advocate for Petitioner within a period of one week thereafter. 10.
List the Writ Petition according to its turn. 11.
