1.

The above Family Court Appeal was disposed of by an Order dated 5th April, 2024 as per the Consent Terms of the same date and which were taken on record and marked 'X' for identification. Since there were some typographical mistakes in Paragraph 6 of the Consent Terms dated 5th April, 2024, today the parties have tendered by AARTI GAJANAN PALKAR Date:

2024.10.25 11:47:57 +0530 AARTI GAJANAN PALKAR

and executed fresh Consent Terms dated 23rd October, 2024 and have requested the Court to take these Consent Terms on record in substitution of the earlier Consent Terms dated 5th April, 2024. The Consent Terms tendered to the Court today have been signed by the Appellant as well as the Respondent. They are both present in Court today. They both have stated that they have signed the Consent Terms after reading and understanding the same as well as the implications thereof. These Consent Terms are also signed by the Advocate for the Appellant. As far as the Respondent is concerned, she is not represented by any advocate, but is appearing in person and hence, the Consent Terms have individually signed by her only and not by any advocate on her behalf.

2.

In these circumstances, the Consent Terms dated 23rd October, 2024 are taken on record and marked 'X1' for identification. It is now ordered that the Consent Terms dated 23rd October, 2024 shall be substitued for the Consent Terms dated 5th April, 2024. 3.

The above Interim Application is accordingly disposed of. However, there shall be no order as to costs. 4.

Once our order is produced before the Registry, the Registry is directed to process the withdrawal as per the Consent Terms dated 23rd October, 2024 as expeditiously as possible.
