Interim Application has been preferred seeking recall of the order dated 16th July 2019 passed by this Court directing the Appellant to file private paper-book within six months, failing which the Appeal stands dismissed.

Learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant submits that subsequently due to covid-19 no steps could be taken for filing the paper-book. Thereafter the Applicant who had met with railway accident shifted to his native place and therefore proper instruction Digitally signed by TALLE SHUBHAM ASHOKRAO Date:
