The learned counsel for the Applicant/Appellant would submit that this Interim Application is filed praying for condonation of delay of 7 days in filing the First Appeal. The reasons for such delay are set out in paragraphs 10, 11 and 12 of the Interim Application.

The learned Advocate for the respondent fairly does not oppose the said Interim Application.

With the assistance of the learned counsel for the parties, I have perused the Interim Application.
