INTERIM APPLICATION NO. 14272 OF 2024 1.
This Interim Application is filed by the acquiring body seeking condonation of delay of 252 days in filing the First Appeal. 2.
Heard learned Counsel for the respective parties. I have also gone through the contents of the Interim Application. 3.
A case is made out to allow the Interim Application.

The Interim Application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause (a).
INTERIM APPLICATION NO. 14273 OF 2024 1.
This Interim Application is filed by the State seeking stay to the execution of the Judgment and Award dated 27.09.2023 passed by the Joint Civil Judge, Senior Division, Alibaug in Land Acquisition Reference No. 40 of 2014.

Learned Counsel for the Applicant submits that the entire Award amount has been deposited with the Reference Court. 3.
Ms. Punde, learned Counsel for Respondent No. 1 submits that 60% of the Award amount has already been withdrawn subject to filing of an undertaking and 40% of the Award amount has been deposited in the Fixed Deposit.

In view of the same, the Interim Application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause (a).
