Interim Application has been preferred seeking condonation of delay of 34 days caused in preferring the present Appeal. Learned counsel appearing for the Applicant submits that the certified copies were not made available and therefore, there is delay in preferring the present Appeal. Learned counsel appearing for the Respondent-Corporation submits that within a period of one week, the Vakalatnama will be filed. He opposes the Application and submits that no sufficient explanation has been rendered for the delay.

Perusal of the Application would indicate that sufficient explanation has been tendered in paragraph Nos.4 to 8 of the Application. The delay is also not an inordinate delay which cannot be condoned. In light of the above, the Interim Application is allowed. The delay is condoned.
