Mr. Bhosale, learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant states that all the Respondents have been served. However, none appears for the Respondents.

In Interim Application in paragraph Nos.7, 8 and 9 detailed reasons are recorded for condonation of delay. As sufficient reasons are given for condonation of delay and despite of service, none appears for the Respondents and as the reasons assigned have remained uncontroverted, the Interim Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a), with no order as to costs.
