Interim Application has been preferred seeking stay of the impugned judgment dated 26th June, 2024. Considering that the decree is a money decree, the Application is allowed subject to deposit of the principle amount of Rs.28,95,563/- in this Court within a period of four weeks. The Registrar (Judicial) is directed to invest the said amount in fixed deposit in a nationalised bank. 2.
