Respondent No.1-Govind who is the original plaintiff has expired. His death certificate is annexed to the interim application. Learned Advocate Swaroop Karade wants to appear for Respondent Nos.1(c) to 1(e). He undertakes to file Vakalatnama. Even he may take instructions from the other LRs of Respondent No.1- Govind. 2.

For the reasons stated in the application, the interim application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a)(b) and (c). Necessary amendment be carried out within two weeks.
