It is the case of the Applicant that the Respondent could not be served on the present address and hence the Applicant seeks an order of substituted service. 2.

The Applicant is allowed to serve Respondents by substituted service by publishing public notice in two local newspapers, i.e., "Free Press General" and "Navashakti".
