The captioned Interim Applications i.e. Interim Application No.14414 of 2024 and Interim Application No.14415 of 2024 are for deleting the names of the respective deceased Respondents i.e. Respondent Nos.14 and 15 and to add the proposed Respondents in their capacity as legal representatives of the deceased Respondents. 2.

The prayer clause (c) in each of the applications sets out the name of such proposed Respondents in their capacity as legal representatives. Service on the Advocates on record for the original Respondent Nos.14 and 15 would suffice as notice to the legal heirs now brought on record.

Both the Interim Applications are hereby finally disposed of. 4.

All actions required to be taken pursuant to this order shall be taken upon receipt of a downloaded copy as available on this Court's website.
