Heard learned counsel for the parties. This is an application for seeking extension of timeline directed by this Court under order dated 09.05.2024 passed in IA/429/2024.

Learned counsel for Respondent Nos.1 to 3 (contesting Respondents) opposes the prayer on two counts. Firstly, he points out that the only prayer seeking extension was limited to May 2025, which time is already passed. Secondly, according to him, the extension may not be granted at the instance of one of the parties and the authority ought to have sought extension, if any. 3.

Learned counsel for the Applicant seeks liberty to amend prayer clause (a) for extending time. He submits that at no point of time before the authority (Assistant Charity Commissioner, Pune) Respondent Nos. 1 to 3 have raised objection to participate on the Husen

30 IA-14422-2024.doc ground that the time-limit set by this Court has expired. 4.

Considering the nature of dispute and after hearing both sides, the Applicant is permitted to amend prayer the clause (a) for seeking suitable extension. The Applicant is directed to make the concerned authority (Assistant Charity Commissioner, Pune) as Respondent No.6 only to this interim application. Amendment to be carried out before 06.11.2025. Respondent No.6 is added only for the purpose of explanation as to why the time-line ordered by this Court was not followed.

The parties are at liberty to inform this order to the concerned authority on next date before the authority (stated to be 07.11.2025) and also seek necessary adjournment.
