By communication of 24th November 2025 addressed by the Assistant Charity Commissioner, the Assistant Charity Commissioner has sought extension of time of three months for deciding the application.

The Interim Application has been preferred seeking extension of time granted by order dated 9th May 2024 to complete the inquiry, in any case, before 31st October 2024.

Learned counsel appearing for the Applicant submits that the time is required to be extended as the hearing is not yet concluded. He submits that as per the last instructions that he had received, the proceedings before the Assistant Charity Commissioner were at the stage of evidence. He submits that some further time be granted for completion of the proceedings.

Considering that the matter has substantially progressed before the Assistant Charity Commissioner, Pune, time can be extended for concluding the hearing.

In light of the above, the time to decide the Application is extended till 1st September 2026.
