By this Interim Application, the Applicant/Original Petitioner has sought permission to amend the Writ Petition by bringing on record the Government Resolution alongwith details of KAVITA SUSHIL JADHAV other instances of the Respondent - State, where they have granted by KAVITA SUSHIL JADHAV Date: 2026.01.19 11:33:07 +0530 retired benefits sought for by the Petitioner. 1/2

Considering that this is a pre-admission amendment which is being sought for, the Petitioner is permitted to amend the Writ Petition No.13941 of 2024 in terms of Para No.40-A to 40-E & 46-CC & 46-DD of the Interim Application.

The amendment shall be carried out within a period of one week from today. Re-verification is dispensed with. 4.

Considering that the documents which are allowed to be annexed to the present Writ Petition are in Marathi language, the Advocates for the Petitioner shall provide the English translation within a period of two weeks from today 5.

The Interim Application is accordingly disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
