1) The Interim Application is filed seeking modification of order dated 6 August 2024. It appears that statement was made after taking instructions from the Petitioner that amount of Rs.3,12,266/- would be deposited within a period of 8 months alongwith interest. Now the Petitioner/Applicant wants to wriggle out of the said commitment, which cannot be countenanced. The prayer for freezing of payment of interim compensation for three months and for direction to the Appellate Court to decide the Appeal during those 3 months can also not be granted. I therefore do not see any reason to entertain the Interim Application. The Interim Application is accordingly rejected.
