At the outset, Mr. Mendon, learned Advocate seeks leave to amend to state the correct period of delay.
2) Leave to amend is granted. Amendment to be carried out forthwith.
3) Heard learned Advocate for the parties.
4) Present Application is filed by the Applicants/Claimants seeking condonation of 206 days delay in filing the aforesaid Appeal. 5) Mr. Khupsare, learned Advocate for Respondent No.1 opposed the Application. Vakalatnama is filed for Respondent No.2. However, none appeared for Respondent No.2.
6) Mr. Mendon, learned Advocate for the Applicants submits that no just compensation is awarded in this case. The Applicants could not file the Appeal on time due to their poor financial condition. The Applicants 1/2

7) In view thereof and considering the object of the provisions for compensation in motor vehicular accident cases, the delay of 206 days in filing the aforesaid Appeal, is condoned.
8) Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (B) and stands disposed of.
9) Appeal be registered forthwith.
