This application is filed belatedly for setting aside the abetment order against respondent no.2 who expired on 10th December, 2022. For the reasons stated in the application in paragraph 3, the delay is condoned. The order of abetment qua original respondent no. 2 is set aside and the legal heirs of respondent no.2 are permitted to be brought on record as per the schedule annexed.
