The Application is filed seeking restoration of the Petition, which is dismissed for non-prosecution by order dated 9 February 2024. Mr. Anilkumar Patil, the learned counsel would submit that he used to represent Respondent No.1, but has returned the papers.

In that view of the matter, issue notice to Respondent No.1, returnable on 8 May 2025. In addition to Court notice, Petitioner is permitted to serve Respondent No.1 by private service and file Affidavit-of-Service before the next date of hearing.
