The Petitioner submits that after filing of the Petition, she has been selected and appointed as a Talathi. Since her claim of belonging to the 'Thakar-Scheduled Tribe' category has been invalidated, she is likely to be terminated. She prays to add the employer, the District Collector, Solapur, as a Respondent in the Writ Petition and for protection.
