The present Application has been preferred seeking recall of the order dated 4th July, 2024 passed by the Registrar (Judicial II) directing the First Appeal be rejected, in event, the office objections are not removed within a period of four weeks and for condonation of delay of 76 days caused in preferring the Interim Application.

Learned counsel appearing for the Applicant submits that due to oversight, the objections could not be removed and the same was not noticed by the Advocate on record and therefore, there is delay of 76 days caused in preferring the present Interim Application.

For the reasons stated in the Application, the delay of 76 days is condoned. The order dated 4th July, 2024 is recalled and the Interim Application is allowed.
