Mr. Shishir Shetye, the Petitioner, who is present in Court, states that he is having 2 mobile phones. It is the case of the Petitioner before the learned Family Court that his salary is Rs.13,705/- per month. Accordingly, the affidavit of disclosure has been filed in or about 2023. He states that 2 mobile phones as per the following details have been purchased after the filing of the disclosure affidavit before the learned Family Court.
