The Petitioner desires that his Petition lodged in 2016 should be heard out of turn, by jumping the queue. We find from our record that the Petitions from 2005 onwards are pending for final hearing in queue. The Petition has already been admitted on 17th June, 2021 and hearing is expedited.

Considering the liberty granted, this Petition be listed in the weekly final hearing board commencing from 14th April, 2025.
