The above Interim Application is filed seeking an amendment of the above Writ Petition in terms of the Schedule annexed thereto.

Considering this is a pre-admission amendment, the Petitioner is permitted to amend the above Petition. The Interim Application is accordingly allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) which reads thus:- "a) This Hon'ble Court be pleased to allow amendment of the petition in terms of the SCHEDULE OF DRAFT AMENDMENT annexed at ANNEXURE-A to this Application and thereupon, the applicants be permitted to carry out the amendment by dispensing with reverification."

The amendment shall be carried out within a period of two weeks from today and the amended copy of the Petition shall be served on the advocates for the Respondent immediately thereafter. The learned counsel for Respondent No.1 states that the amendments that are allowed today have already been dealt with by Respondent No.1 in the affidavit in reply dated 19th November 2024 since the above Interim Application was already served on them. The same is duly noted.

We now place the above Writ Petition for "ad-interim reliefs" on 17th December 2024.

We put the parties to notice that we may dispose of the Writ Petition at that stage itself, time permitting. 7.
