Therefore, instead of allowing the Petitioner to add few more persons whose names are mentioned as Applicants in the Interim Application, we deem it appropriate to permit these Gauri Gaekwad

44.IA-14741-2024.odt Applicants to file a fresh Writ Petition, to be tagged along with this Writ Petition (No.13909 of 2024). The learned AGP is at liberty to adopt the affidavit in reply filed in this Writ Petition. 3.

In the light of the above, this Interim Application is disposed off.

Insofar as this Writ Petition is concerned, office to accept the rejoinder affidavit of the Petitioners.
