We have perused the order passed by this Court dated 22nd August, 2024 issuing certain directions to the Municipal Commissioner to examine the facts that were before the Court as tendered by the Petitioners, in three weeks, as per law and the Petitioners be informed. 2.
Yet, despite the passage of four months, no steps have been taken by the Municipal Commissioner and for non-compliance, these Interim Applications have been filed in the light of the liberty granted by this Court in the order dated 22nd August, 2024. 3.
We find in hundreds of cases that the orders of this Court are not complied with until the aggrieved litigant approaches the Court for further orders. The tendency to disobey seems to be rising and needs to be deprecated.

It is in such peculiar circumstances that we are suo motu issuing notice to the Municipal Commissioner of Bhiwandi Nijampur
