Both the Applicants are identically placed as like the Petitioners in Writ Petition Nos. 2269 of 2025 and 2821 of 2025. In the said two Petitions, we have already delivered an order on 3rd March, 2025.

The learned Advocate for the Applicants submits that, for the reasons set out and the directions issued in the said order dated 3rd March, 2025, both these Interim Applications can be disposed off by applying the same observations and directions. 3.
