The learned advocate for applicant has filed Interim Application No. 14775 of 2024 to serve respondent No. 2 to 7 by way of subtitute service.

The office remark discloses that notices of respondent Nos. 2 to 5 are returned unserved with remark as "For want of full and detail address" and the notices issued to respondent Nos. 6 and 7 are returned unserved with remark "not found".

The learned advocate for applicant is not aware about new addresses. Thus, only option

left is to serve the respondent Nos. 2 to 7 by way of substituted service.

The addresses of respondent Nos. 2 to 7 mentioned in the notice is same as mentioned in Interim Application and in memo of First Appeal as well as in Judgment of the Lower Court.

In turn, Interim Application No. 14775 of 2024 for substituted service is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a), returnable by 10 weeks.

The learned Advocate for the Applicant is directed to collect copy of Publication Notice from department within two weeks without fail and thereafter, to file published copy of newspaper in the department within 04 weeks.
