This application is made for restoration of review petition which was dismissed for non-removal of office objections. 2.

The review petition was filed in the year 2019. Thereafter, the the matter was listed on Registrar board on 28 January 2020. The applicants state that the advocate's clerk inadvertently missed the said matter being listed and therefore, the review petition came to be dismissed by order dated 28 January 2020.

This application has been filed on 7 October 2024, after delay of 1651 days. The application also seeks condonation of delay in filing the present interim application. I have perused the application. There is no reason given in paragraph 2 for the delay of 1651 days in filing the present application. The bald and vague statement is made that on

Sayyed 27-IA.14795.2024.doc checking the online status they came to know that the review petition is dismissed. There is no mention when the online status was checked. Since the delay of 1651 days has not been explained, the Interim Application is dismissed.
