Both the parties and their respective advocates are present before the Lok Adalat.

Learned Counsel for the parties have submitted that the dispute has been amicably settled between the parties. They

2/3 have filed consent terms, which is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification.

It is also submitted by the learned Counsel for the Appellant that Interim Application No. 14802 of 2024 seeking condonation of delay has been filed. There is delay of 118 days. It is submitted that as the parties have amicably settled the dispute, delay in filing the appeal may be condoned in the interest of justice.

4. Considering the submissions and in view of the amicable settlement of the dispute, the Application for condonation of delay is allowed and disposed of in the interest of justice. 5.

The terms of compromise (X) are read over and explained to parties. They voluntarily admitted the contents thereof to be true. Learned counsel for the appellant submitted that the matter is amicably settled in terms of compromise and therefore, prayed to grant the permission to withdraw the appeal. Permission is granted accordingly. Hence, the Appeal stands disposed of as withdrawn.

Court fee, if any, be refunded as per rules.

The statutory amount deposited in this Court alongwith the interest, if any, shall be transferred to the concerned Tribunal.

Interim Application No. 14803 of 2024 is filed for stay. In view of disposal of appeal, said Interim Application stands disposed of being infructuous.

In view of disposal of appeal, pending applications, if any, shall also stand disposed of.
