3) The delay is not huge. Mr.Rananaware, learned Advocate submits that the said delay occurred on account of administrative difficulties. Entire amount of Award has already been deposited. 4) In view thereof and for other reasons stated in the Application, the delay of 139 days in filing the aforesaid Appeal is condoned. The Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) and stands disposed of. 5) Appeal be registered forthwith.
