This Court inquired with Mr. Sujit S. Amane (Tax & Administration Officer, Vaduj Nagarpanchayat) on behalf of the Appellant and Mr. Raju Phadtare on behalf of the Respondents - Claimants. Both are agreed about the terms mentioned in the Consent Terms and they have signed on the Consent Terms. 5.
Learned counsel for Respondent Nos.1, 3 to 5. submits that as per the order of the Tribunal only Mr. Raju Phadtare is entitled for getting the compensation.

Considering the submissions of both learned counsel and in view of the Consent Terms, the appeal is disposed of. 7.
The delay of 5 years and 67 days for filing the appeal is condoned. The Appeal be registered for statistical purpose. 8.
Mr. Raju Phadtare to withdraw the deposited amount by the Appellant along with accrued interest thereon. 9.
