The learned Counsel for the Appellant submit that the Appellant is present before the Court and in view of the Consent Terms, the Appellant intends to withdraw the Second Appeal. 4.
Meenabai Raosaheb Shirsath, the Appellant, is present before the Court. The Appellant submits that she does not want to prosecute the Appeal in view of the settlement under which, an amount of Rs. 4 Lakhs, by way of Demand Draft, has been paid to her. 5.
The Appeal thus stands dismissed as withdrawn. 6.
In view of the dismissal of the Appeal, Interim Applications also stand disposed.
