Interim Application has been preferred seeking recall of the order dated 20th June, 2024 passed by the Registrar (Judicial II) directing the unserved Respondents to be served within three weeks, failing which the Interim Application stands dismissed against the unserved Respondents.

Mr. Patil, learned AGP submits that the address of the unserved Respondents were informed by the office of the Collector and in the meantime, the delay had taken place in serving the unserved Respondents and the conditional order came to be implemented.

For the reasons stated in the Application, the order dated 20th June, 2024 is recalled.

Let the appropriate steps be taken to serve the unserved Respondents within a period of four weeks.
