Interim Application has been preferred seeking stay of the impugned judgment. By an order of even date, this Court has admitted the First Appeal. Learned counsel for the Respondent No.1, who is the contesting Respondent seeks time to file affidavitin-reply. Mr. Ankhad, learned Senior Advocate appearing for the Applicant would submit that the matter before the Executing Court is fixed on 14th February, 2025.

Considering the pendency of the present proceedings, the Executing Court is requested to defer the proceedings by a period of six weeks qua the present Applicant.
