Interim Application has been preferred seeking recall of the order dated 6th September, 2024 dismissing the Petition for nonprosecution. Learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner points out the cause-list and submits that the name of the earlier Advocate was shown and hence, he was unaware of the Petition being listed on Board and therefore, the same came to be dismissed.

For the reasons stated in the Application, the Interim Application is allowed and the order dated 6th September, 2024 is recalled. Writ Petition is restored to file.
