INTERIM APPLICATION NO. 14959 OF 2024 1.
The present Application filed by the Original Claimants seeking permission to withdraw the entire compensation amount deposited by the Appellants. The matter is settled between the parties. Learned Counsel for the parties state that the parties have agreed to settle this matter at Rs. 5,35,000/- towards full and final settlement, but the Consent Terms are yet not prepared. However, learned Counsel for the Appellants has no objection for withdrawal of the amount in view of the said settlement. 2.
Hence, the Application stands allowed. The Applicants are permitted to withdraw the entire compensation amount along with accrued interest as per the apportionment recorded by the Tribunal. 3.
The Application stands disposed of.
